We started Meaningful Employment because we saw a real need—people in our community deserved more than just a job, they deserved a career they truly enjoy. Our objective is to pursue the following charitable purposes:
a) Enable and support vulnerable people to live a life full of meaning and purpose.
b) Enable and support vulnerable people to live a life directed by them.
c) Enable and support vulnerable people to access employment. This may include directly with Meaningful Employment Ltd’s supported enterprises.
OUR MISSION
At Meaningful Employment Limited, our mission is to create inclusive and sustainable employment opportunities for vulnerable individuals, empowering them to contribute, grow, and flourish in their communities. We specialise in supporting people living with disabilities, mental ill-health, poverty, and those who have experienced homelessness. Our goal is to help them access meaningful work and enhance their quality of life.
